We’re Lynne (B.A., LE — WI) and Rachel (M.B.A., LE — CA & KS) — sisters, licensed estheticians, and educators with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the treatment room.
After leaving our corporate careers, we built and operated successful skincare practices of our own. In 2021, we joined together to form The Esti Sisters — combining clinical experience, business insight, and a shared passion for education.
